This project involved the development of a custom alphabet, color scheme, illustrated elements, and vector graphics, all designed to be applied as a cohesive wrap on a vehicle.
The final design solution featured a typeface composed of glitchy, bold, motorsports-like letterforms with speed lines. Each letter was deliberately angled to amplify the impression of motion and energy. Additional design layers were incorporated into the letterforms, allowing for customization with various color tones and glitch intensities, further enhancing visual dynamism and adaptability.

Process
In my process, I created multiple concepts for this alphabet. I drew sketches for each letter and fully designed each letter with additional effects before removing some of them and settling on a final, cleaner alphabet.
I did studies of typography on other motorsports cars and chose colors that fit the background that was the car graphic this alphabet would be layer on.

To concept a design for a car wrap sometimes you need additional graphics. This project was all about developing an alphabet tailored to be wrapped onto a project car and make it really stand out.

Smithsonian Interactive Exhibit
During 2024, the B-29 bomber was added to the cluster of aircrafts at the Smithsonian Air and Space Museum. This project shows all digital screens installed along with the physical plane in the exhibit.
